The countdown is on to our next adventure!
At the end of June, inshallah Vince gets his new passport in time, we will be leaving for a train adventure across Europe! The plan is to fly from here (Doha, Qatar) to Belgrade, Serbia. From there we will travel on a special discount five-country Eurail pass until we reach Germany, where we will visit with my good friend Felix in Berlin and then fly to London. In London we will play with another good friend, Martin, and hang out with our Qatar buddies Adnan and Sabahat. Finally, we will finish our trip with a visit to my bestest friend of all, Sandra, in Northern Ireland.
And that's it for Europe. Because from the UK we will fly to Calgary to start our cross-Canada adventure! We will pack a vehicle (as-yet not acquired) with all of Keeana's myriad belongings and drive to Guelph, Ontario to deliver them. We will then partake in the event of the century, Gramma Morden's 80th birthday celebration!
This will all happen before we report back to Doha for duty at the end of August. So check back here periodically to see our progress.
